"This year we consider it special as we celebrate the tenth edition, which illustrates the achievement and relevance of the meeting within the group of professionals who are dedicated to acute leukemias", highlights De la Fuente.

News in the format

This year the event will be held in a hybrid format (face-to-face and online), something new since historically it was always held in person, except in 2020, which was necessarily 100% online. "The challenge that went virtual last year was worth it, as it exceeded our expectations in terms of the number of attendees, which was higher than what we normally had in person," says De la Fuente.

In the 9th edition, the number of registrants was close to 600, coming from 17 European countries, as well as the American continent, from Canada to Argentina. “The decision to do it mixed this year is because we found it very interesting to be able to maintain contact with all those professionals and colleagues who had shown a lot of interest in the previous edition, and who wish to continue participating, but due to the current situation it was going to be impossible to attend in person ”, he points out.

Meeting layout
